A non-refundable £25 deposit is required when booking any service over the value of £100; which will be deducted from the total appointment cost.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise a 50% fee of the total service charge will be incurred.

A patchtest is required a minimum of 48 hours before any colour/technical service can be carried.
