To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

25% for services priced at £90 or below
50% for services priced above £90

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Allergy Tests

For your safety, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour or technical service is carried out.
